Frequently Asked Questions
Where do the catamarans depart from?
We offer departures from Puerto Banús, Marbella Port, and Estepona. Check your specific package for the departure point. We can offer Puerto Banús upgrades on most boats for an extra fee.
Can we bring our own music?
Yes! All our catamarans are equipped with high-quality sound systems. You can connect your phone via Bluetooth to play your favorite hen do playlist.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety is our priority. If the captain determines the conditions are unsafe, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
Are there any age restrictions?
For packages involving strippers or open bars, all guests must be 18+ and provide ID if requested.
How do I secure a date?
We require a small deposit to lock in your date and time. Since Marbella is a top destination, we recommend booking 3-6 months in advance, especially for Saturdays.
