Your mixologist arrives with everything set up before you even notice they’re there — bar station, branded spirits, fresh limes, mint and pineapple, and glassware laid out for the whole group. Over 90 minutes you’ll build, muddle and shake your way through three villa-party classics: a proper Mojito (fresh mint, hand-muddled, none of that syrup shortcut), a layered Sex on the Beach, and a blended Piña Colada. Expect demonstrations, a few head-to-head challenges to see who’s got the steadiest shaker hand, and a running commentary that keeps the group laughing between rounds. The “Bikini Beats & Margaritas” Package – £60 pp

This is the full pool-party takeover. Over three hours you’ll work through four cocktails — a Classic Margarita, a fruitier Strawberry Margarita, a frothed Pornstar Martini with its shot of prosecco on the side, and a proper double-shaken Espresso Martini to keep energy up for the rest of the day. While you’re mixing, our private DJ is running a three-hour set of summer anthems poolside, with a full karaoke setup so someone inevitably ends up on the mic mid-shake. It’s built for groups who want the villa itself to feel like the main event of the day, not just the accommodation. Choose a professional mixologist, or bring in a butler in the buff to run the bar and keep the games going.

Choose Your Host

You decide who runs your bar for the day:

• The Professional. A trained mixologist who’s there to teach real technique — the right shake ratio, how to layer a drink so it actually looks like the picture, and the small tricks that make your homemade cocktails taste like they came from a proper bar. Ideal if the group wants to genuinely walk away with a new skill.
• The Cheeky Butler. Same drinks, same 90 minutes to 3 hours, but hosted by a topless butler who leans into the games, the banter and the flirty energy that makes for the best photos of the whole weekend. This is the one brides-to-be usually don’t see coming — and the one the group talks about longest afterwards.

No Experience Needed

Whether the group’s never touched a cocktail shaker or someone in there has actually bartended before, the class is built to work for both. Your host demonstrates each drink first, then walks round the group individually while everyone builds their own — so nobody’s left guessing what a “muddle” even means. Expect a bit of friendly competition thrown in too: fastest pour, blind-tasting rounds, best garnish — small games that keep the energy up between drinks and usually end with someone getting good-naturedly roasted for their technique.
